♦ In addition to the customizable features, we have also included easy-to-use tools for performance optimization. Because multiple, swappable armrors, can take a toll on performance, all customizable options can be combined into a single SkinnedMesh at Runtime. This will enable your characters to utilize a single Material, Texture Atlas, and Skinned Mesh Renderer.

♦ Save Generated Texture and Mesh Data♦ But we didn't just stop there, all combined Mesh and Texture Data of a character can be saved as asset files, directly to your Project folder. Perfect for creating optimized character prefabs.
[*Further Information*]♦ The provided demo allows you to create customized prefabs, for npcs or otherwise.
♦ 'Character_armored' prefabs are included, per character, so that you may have the option to easily toggle on and off armors in game.
♦ Additionally, you may also instantiate armored pieces, in code, and attach them to your player(s), as we do in the provided demo.
♦ Each character's armors are imported as separated fbx files, custom fit to their body proportions.
♦ All characters are mecanim, Humanoid, compatible.
♦ Animations have been added, as well as standard movement components.
[*Mobile Use*]♦ This asset has been mobile tested.
♦ Please note that this package may not be mobile ready out-of-the-box. Materials, by default, use the Standard shader, and specular maps. However, by using the CombieMeshesMobile script you can instantly build each character into a single mesh with a single mobile-friendly (Mobile/Bumped Diffuse) material. To do so, replace each of the combine scripts on the RPG Character_skin prefabs with the mobile combine scripts, then run the demo scene and combine meshes in the inspector.
This package was presented with the use of HDRP post-processing volume. In order to replicate the appearance displayed in the product images you must utilize this volume with the HD Render Pipeline. A similar option is also available in URP and Standard.
